After 2 days, you will not get the refund, but can utilise the hours you purchased for the next 30 days.

9. How do I decide between Personal, Business and Project Assistance?
Here's a guide: If your task is a quick one, that is can be complement in 10 to 15 minutes, then it comes under Personal Assistance. Some instances of such tasks are bill payments, reminder setting, appointment scheduling, third party calling, best deal hunt etc.

If your task would require a specific skill to be completed and is also comparatively more time consuming, then it falls under Business Assistance. Some instances are content writing, research, preparing presentations, social media handling, market analysis etc.
